We allow a cancellation grace period before shipping. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will not incur any loss except for the credit card processing fee of approximately 1.75%.

After this period, we operate under a “No Returns Policy”, which means we do not accept returns. However, we do accept (partial) refunds under the following conditions. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.

To qualify for a (partial) refund, you must provide an unedited video recording showing the entire unboxing process, starting from the moment you open the package. The video must be continuous and clearly display the tracking number. Without such proof, we will do our best to resolve your issue, but due to the nature of blind boxes, we may not be able to assist further.

Conditions eligible for (partial) refunds:
• Incorrect item received (refund of the price difference, replacement with the correct item, or full refund upon return).
• Missing accessories/cards (refund up to 20% of the item’s value, or replacement subject to availability and location).
• Missing items (refund of the missing item’s price, or replacement depending on availability and location).
• Item lost before arriving in the destination country (full refund or replacement, depending on availability and location).

Cases not eligible for refunds:
• We are not responsible for manufacturer defects.
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances during shipping (e.g., customs inspection, severe weather).
• Loss of items due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
• Loss of items due to improper handling by the shipping carrier (Post AU).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Refunds
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If your (partial) refund has been approved and more than 7 business days have passed without the funds being credited, please contact us at support@labubu.com.au.
