Our products may be shipped from either our Sydney warehouse or our overseas warehouse, depending on stock availability at the time of purchase.

If an item is available in Sydney, we will usually ship it from our Sydney warehouse. If local stock is unavailable, the item may be shipped from our overseas warehouse.

2. Delivery Carrier

All parcels are delivered by Australia Post once they are in Australia.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. You can use the tracking number to check delivery updates through Australia Post or our order tracking page.

3. Sydney Warehouse Dispatch

For items shipped from our Sydney warehouse, orders are usually processed and dispatched as soon as possible.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, Australia Post delivery schedules, public holidays, peak periods, and other factors outside our control.

4. Overseas Warehouse Shipping

For items shipped from our overseas warehouse, the estimated delivery time is approximately 10 business days.

Please note that overseas shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, flights, public holidays, courier processing, or unexpected delays.

5. Tracking Information

Tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch, especially for overseas warehouse orders. In some cases, tracking may become more detailed once the parcel arrives in Australia and is processed by Australia Post.

We will do our best to provide tracking information and assist with delivery enquiries where possible.

6. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, some items may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including full name, delivery address, phone number, and email address.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs, weather, public holidays, peak seasons, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
